Steel transmission pole

Electric steel transmission poles are made of polygonal steel pipes, circular steel pipes and other steels. Hot dip galvanizing or hot spraying zinc (and zinc alloy) coating is used for anticorrosion treatment. It is mainly used for power line erection. It's a substitute for traditional cement poles.

Advantages of electric steel transmission pole

1. The electric power steel bar occupies a small area.

Small footprint is the main advantage of steel poles. Steel poles occupy a small area, generally about 1/3 of the self-supporting tower, and the top size of steel poles is much smaller than the tower, the need for air line corridor is also small, so steel poles in general can meet various environmental requirements, saving land expenditure.

2) The appearance of the steel bar is very beautiful.

The requirements for power line installation in urban construction are getting higher and higher, especially on some urban landscape roads. Traditional towers are difficult to meet. Due to its compact structure and beautiful image, the steel rod basically meets the aesthetic requirements.

Apart from the above points, the electric steel pole has the advantages of short production cycle and great stress.

Self inspection requirements for electric steel transmission pole construction after construction

(1) After a comprehensive review in the construction section, the defects found and the remaining problems have been dealt with, and the construction unit has considered itself qualified.

(2) The construction site has been cleaned up and the responsible relocation fee, seedling compensation fee and labor service fee have been dealt with clearly by the construction department.

(3) All obstacles in the area of two parallel lines formed by the extension of 5 m (35 kV 10 m) from both sides of the 10kV line to both sides of the line have been removed.

(4) All the agreements involved, such as the urban construction agreement, the cross-river or railway agreement, the demolition agreement, the corridor agreement, etc., have been completed and the agreement relationship has been clarified. (5) The original design drawings, revised construction design drawings and construction site records (including concealed engineering records), the test data or test reports of each component are available.
